Review
Alex the Allegator 4 1.1 is a platform game where you control Alex, an alligator.
It´s a game like the old classic platform games, in which you will have to jump, run, beat enemies and collect power-ups. Your mission is to guide Alex through the jungle to rescue his girlfriend Lola from humans who want to make a bag of her.
The game runs in a very low resolution with only four colors. It has no 3D video effects.
Alex 4 includes a built in editor that you can use to create and play your own levels.
The game will occupy only a portion of the screen. You will control Alex with the cursor movement keys. The left CTRL key is used to jump.
You can beat your enemies by jumping over their heads. That will freeze them, and then you can go over them, and you will eat them. If they touch you, you lose a life.
You will have to collect hearts, that will give you extra lives and stars and cherries, that will give you extra points.
Some arrows will tell you the way you must follow. When you finish a level, the program will show you how many points you obtained. |
